Facility Management System Services

Microcorp Technology Sdn. Bhd. is an ARCHIBUS Business Partner dedicated to the promotion of Total Infrastructure and Facilities Management (TIFM) services and consulting using ARCHIBUS software. We have been addressed to develop the special needs of professional services and consulting firms including architectural firms, engineering firms, interior design firms, furniture suppliers, structured cabling companies, facility management consulting firms, space planners, and property and real estate management companies.

We provide ARCHIBUS clients with integration and implementation services such as requirements definition, software/process customization, training, and post-implementation support.

We are responsible as an integration partner, with addition of hosting ARCHIBUS software. There are two distinctions of Outsourcing, each with specific benefits and obligations:

Enterprise Solutions Host

Enterprise Solutions Hosts can host a client's data, providing timely data building and reporting services. In providing such services, we will be hosting ARCHIBUS software that is owned by the client. Clients can either directly access the full functionality of their A/FM software or completely outsource their TIFM functions to us, and thereby avoiding the need to become proficient in the use of ARCHIBUS.

FM Web Central Host

FM Web Central Hosts can provide clients with access to their data via ARCHIBUS Web Central or an alternative AI-approved browser-based interface. The client does not have to purchase any ARCHIBUS software. The service is charged on a monthly fee per registered customer accessing the ARCHIBUS environment. These customers then gain access to browser-based input screens and reports in managing their TIFM activities.
